- Sub Inspector Civil Police / Platoon Commander, PAC – Commander, PAC, Graduation from a University established by lay in India or by the Government any qualification recognized as equivalent.
- Fire Officer II – Bachelor of Science degree from a University established by lay in India or by Government any qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
