National Bal Bhavan is an institution which aims at enhancing the creative potential of children by providing them various activities, opportunities and common platform to interact, experiment, create and perform according to their age, aptitude and ability. Bal Bhavan is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD). Located at Kotla Road, near I.T.O., New Delhi, it caters to children between the age group of 5 to 16 years.

| Technical Assistant | 01 | Secondary or its equivalent from a recognized Board with certificate course in Science/ Electronics/ Mechanics Senior Secondary or equivalent with Science subjects. |
| Clerks | 03 | Senior Secondary or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. His/her typing speed on computer should be 35 w.p.m. in English and 30 w.p.m. in Hindi or skill of Data Entry and work processing in computer. |
| DTP Operator | 01 | Graduate with three years diploma in Desk Top Publishing. The DTP Operator should have sufficient knowledge of Pagemaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop etc. |
| Consultant (Programme) | 01 | Post Graduate in Performing Arts/ Fine Arts/ Visual Arts/ Education from a recognized University/Institution with 5 years experience of working in schools/educational institutions for children. |
| Hindi Translator | 01 | Master’s Degree from a recognised University in Hindi/ English with English/ Hindi as a main subject at the degree |
| Jr. Steno English | 01 | Graduate-Stenographer(English) with 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant and knowledge of computer. |
| Toy Train Driver | 01 | Retired Railway Engine Driver |
| Consultant (Civil Engineering) | 01 | Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 year experience in construction and maintenance of Civil work. |
