Qualification
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of a minimum 6 months duration from a recognized institution.
- Library Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with Computer Certificate/Diploma of a minimum 6 months duration from a recognized institution.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): HSLC or equivalent examination passed.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2024)
- Junior Assistant & Library Assistant:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Multi-Tasking Staff:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
Relaxation of Age Limit:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates
- 10 years for PwD candidates
Application Fee
- General Candidates: Rs. 500/- (non-refundable)
- SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 375/- (non-refundable)
- Payment Method: A bank draft in favor of Madhabdev University, Narayanpur, Lakhimpur, payable at State Bank of India, Narayanpur Branch (IFSC: SBIN0017208).
- Candidates who applied for analogous Grade-III and Grade-IV posts responding to Adv. No. MDU/22Advt.03/22/220 dated 29.04.2022 need not pay the application fee but must provide evidence of the previous application fee payment.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of three rounds of evaluation:

- Skill Test
- Interview
