Qualification
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
- Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHM&CT/UGC/AICTE.
- BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism.
- B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from a recognized university.
- MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
Remuneration and Allowances
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000/- (incl. statutory deductions).
- Daily Allowance: Rs. 350/- per day for on-duty on-board trains.
- Lodging Charges: Rs. 240/- for night stays at outstations.
- National Holiday Allowance (NHA): Rs. 384/- per national holiday worked.
- Medical Insurance: Rs. 1400 to Rs. 2500 per month (reimbursable based on age).
Selection Process
