Candidates who’s age is not more than as specified in OPGC jobs notification and having qualification of Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ MBA from the University/ Institute recognized by the Government of India with relevant experience (if any) are eligible to apply for the post.

- Manager (Operation) – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks and Min. 8 to 12 years of experience
- Senior Manager (Operation) – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks and Min. 12 to 14 years of experience
- DGM (Coal Commercial) – Degree in Engineering with MBA and Min. 15+ years of experience
Candidates have to appear for Telephonic Interview (if need be) and/or Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
